There is so much amazing vegan food on offer now. I will use this page to share some of the food I eat and the mostly simple recipes I use.

7 Day food diary
One of my friends asked me to create a 7 day food diary to see what I eat, so I thought why not share it here! Im not the most adventurous chef, so there are way more options out there too!
Pic -1. Lunch - Green leafy salad, with apple, carrot and buckwheat in. Topped with a tahini dressing (the dressing was tahini mixed with water).
Pic 2. Breakfast - Banana, grape, apple and Chia seeds.
Pic 3. Lunch - Homemade/prepared falafel wraps. (Bought Couldron falafels, hummus and wholemeal wraps. With spinach and grated carrot inside).
Pic 4. Lunch - Buckwheat with tomato, onion and kidney bean sauce.
Pic 5 - Breakfast - Banana, orange, ground flax seed and chia seed smoothie.
