Isn't being vegetarian enough?

The short answer is no.

Vegetarianism still uses animal products. The majority of which come from death and suffering. The majority of male chicks in the UK for example are killed after a few days in the egg industry.  The majority of UK dairy cows are forcible bred, which is sick and abusive.  On top of this they have their babies taken away usually after a few days and will never see them again. You can imagine how traumatic this would also be for a human mother to have their new born ripped away from them? And to make it worse, ripped away, so that someone else can steal her milk, that they don't biologically need. The solution is so simple, drink something else. It's cruelty and insanity all in one industry. The video below shows some of what goes on. Please watch it and learn more about the truth.

People forget we are not baby cows, so humans have no need to consume cow's milk or any dairy products.

The great news is that going from vegetarian to Vegan is super easy. A really helpful site for people looking into a Vegan lifestyle is Veganuary.
