Where do you get protein?

So, there is propaganda, myths and a lies in the world. Like the Loch Ness monster, leprechauns and unicorns. The other lie is that protein is only found in meat.

Amino acids make protein. All plants have amino acids, and some have all amino acids to make protein. Soya, buckwheat, quinoa, hemp, amaranth, peas, beans and many more plants do have all the amino acids. Plus if you eat a variety of plants you will consume all of the amino acids, which can combine together.

If people are concerned about what is food then they need to look also into animal products, they can contain things like bird flu, swine flu, SARS, zika virus, heavy metals and PCB plastics in fish, animal hormones, animal diseases like cancer, the list goes on and on.
