Each year people are challenged to think about Veganism. You know that lifestyle that does not include animals, because including them involves direct suffering.

You know, like most of us would never eat dogs or cats, Vegans just extend that to all animals.

What Veganuary does is offer a new year opportunity. It's like an annual nudge to be like, 'why not try this?'. The company does also point out that Veganuary is not just for January. But the time of year that it gets talked about and mentioned the most is December and January time. It is such a great idea, it gets people thinking and offers really helpful tips, support and ideas.

The power of Veganuary since they started in 2014 has reached over 1 million sign ups, 1,000,000 people!! It's so incredible!
