In January I will have been vegan for 4 years (not as long as a few of my friends who have been vegan for over 30 years). I thought about it recently how I used to eat animal products for every meal, usually 3 meals a day plus snacks. 

3 x 365= 1095 (meals per year, atleast)

1095 x 4 = 4380 vegan meals in total 

4380 meals (that is alot of houmus :) )

The free vegan calculator says that my last 4 years have saved 1,460 animals lives (thats huge), also 6,079,294 litres of water! CRAZY high statistics!!

Even if your not vegan yet have a go at the free calculator. And if your reading this and not transitioning to veganism, email me with 10 reasons you have not (im not joking, do it)!!
