So I realised that I missed a post last week, I think that was the first time. The reason was because I was preparing for Bristol Vegfest (which was a wicked and fun festival). But this weeks post is a video of part of the talk I gave there. BAM!!! 1 week to go till VEGFEST Bristol!!!!! Food galore, great music, great atmosphere, plus lots more, and hopefully a sunny Bristol too!!!! I'm giving a talk on the Saturday if anyone wants to hear about 'The Power of food. And the Power of the YOUniverse'. All about the Reggae Sunday!!! LTJ Buken and others!!! Good times!! Hopefully see you there!! So my friend is releasing her latest album "Here we are' with her awesome group Metamorphic. Tomorrow the 15.5.15 they are releasing a limited number for free via their bandcamp site.
