 There is so much information out there in the world, it's just knowing how to get it. In this video I tried something different and found it educational and funny.  Weanimals.org is a amazing charity that I have written about before. One of the leading figures of the group is the amazingly talented Jo-Anne McArthur. Her photograpghy combined with the other contributors is a huge database of next level work. It shares the stories of thousands of individuals and is designed to change the way humans treat other animals on this planet we share. McArthur has also worked on several books and video projects, with one stand out film is the absorbing, fascinating and insightful master piece 'The Ghosts In Our Machine'.  I recently visited the lovely animals at Ferne Animal Sanctuary near Honiton. The sun was out and a lot of the individuals were sun bathing and generally chilling out. :) Here is the website for the sanctuary - www.ferneanimalsanctuary.org/  There is now a pdf that has 4 international health groups positions on a vegan diet. The next time someone says something like you won't get vitamin 'X' or a vegan diet can't be healthy you can simply send them this link. They can read for themselves how a vegan diet can be healthy for every stage of life. It can also act as a guide for vegans to top up on their own health knowledge. :).
