So last Sunday at Vegfest Bristol I did my 3rd talk in 30 days. The first was at Cornwall Vegan Festival, and the second was at one of our Earthcafe events. So those are part of the reason I didn't post. But the talks went well, and people responded well to them, plus I will get back on the weekly posts! Here are 2 useful websites. First up is Happycow.net, they have worldwide listings for places that serve vegan and vegetarian options. They also lists of shops like healthy food shops that have vegan options. Its a great site if your visiting somewhere new.  The second is Barnivore.com. This is a site that lists vegan alcohols.   Fiona Oakes is a vegan inspiration! The sanctuary she helps run is also amazing!
She has multiple world records and and many course records, and she just keeps doing more!
