Some of my friends have got me into sprouting and soaking foods before I create a dish with them. All I do is leave them in water overnight, drain and then use them. Say, soaked cashews get turned into cashew cream for berries. Or like above where I sprouted some chickpeas, then blended them with a red pepper and a drop of water!! The hummus looks a little wet in the photo, but it tasted awesome, and the consistency was fine for me! It tasted so so good!!

So there you are in the pub, and it hits you 'Shit son!! Which of these drinks have got bits of fish in them and which of them are Vegan-friendly'? Its all good because 'Barnivore: Your vegan beer, wine and liquor guide' will help you out. They have a large up-to-date list of whats friendly, and what currently isn't, all on their website. They even have contact details for the suppliers, if you ever feel an urge to contact the suppliers directly. One thing that is great about the site is that they have a list of mobile apps to use, some you have to pay for, and others that are free.
About 4 years ago I got told about a book called the 'Celestine Prophecy' by a friend. I forgot to get a free copy from the library for a while. Then after a reminder I got it and read it. I was told the book was about coincidences and that I should read it. Me typing this now is also a coincidence in itself. I have read the book twice and will read it again in the future. If your reading this, do read the book.
So I started beatboxing in the middle of my last talk at Rawfest 2014, it was connected to Veganism too. I put a clip of it up on Youtube. Then yesterday someone suggested I should make it go 'VIRAL'. If you are now reading this please watch the above clip. Once you have done that can you take another minute to comment, share on facebook, like, tweet, share and any other form of communication that will promote this clip. Cheers in advance!!This weeks post is about quotes, and the effect 'a quote' can have. A friend past on this first quote to me and it comes from Moby (his website - www.moby.com/). I knew about him because of his music, involvement in animal rights, photography and now also for his writing.
