For my last birthday I asked for a vegan t-shirt, so that people could see the word, see the reasons and create a positive change. The creator of the t-shirt talks about this, and many other interesting things in a post he wrote,

Thursday Post (late) - Versatile Rice Cakes

So I've re-discovered eating rice cakes, I've known about them for a while, but now they are a go to snack!! So good as a sweet or savoury, so with jam or vegan pesto, or peanut butter!!

I recently bought a box of avocados and the majority of them went on big salads in on so many rice cakes. An example of this is in the photo below!
