We need to think.
What if it was us and not them?
What if animals feel pain and suffer like we do?
What if, to get cow's milk we have to impregnate animals against their will, separate families and usually kill their children? Then drink the stolen milk even though we don't need to?
What if we gave all animals a right to life like we do cats and dogs in the UK?
What if every meal we choose to buy either included the direct death of someone else, or we choose a plant option?
What if we looked into bird flu, swine and other pandemics and realised they have killed millions of humans? What if the cancers, injections and diseases animal get, we then eat them?
What if the fishing industry is destroying our oceans and killing trillions of innocent beings.
What if we chose not to eat and use animals, that would make the world a better place.
After spending years using my own excuses for not being nice to all animals, I thought I would put together a book that holds a mirror up to them. Over the years I have heard many more come up, some partly true, some ridiculous. If you're reading this you probably have a choice what you eat.
Animals do feel pain and suffer.
Looking back why would I continue to pay others to hurt them?
Our actions have a reaction.
So genuinely, 'Can I milk that dog?'.
This is always a topic that comes along, false ownership of some words. Some people moan about vegan products using terms like 'milk' or 'sausage'. But the truth is this is not consistent and nobody owns words.
I explore other things that people don't realise and or mention, fish FINGERS, BUTTER nut Squash, MINCE PIES and my favourite, jelly BABIES. All of these have none of what they say they have. I go into this topic more here - www.bertyjustice.co.uk/you-canrsquot-call-vegan-products-a-burger-milk-or-sausage.html
Today I learnt one of my friends is a talented graphic designer and here is the place I want to share it. You can see more of his work at laurencehudson.com/
Spy Cops And Lush Project
I watched this film again last week. It just keeps getting better and better.
Amazing to know there are people out there doing incredible things to help animals.
I found this again today.
After re-reading a few of the answers, I was like 'That is totally true', 'I see situations that way too'.
This sheet is a really helpful and free tool, check it out.
