One of my friends said that he sometimes had bananas with rice. I was like 'I've got to try that!!'. I did, and its awesome!!!!! On the plate below is organic short grain brown rice, organic potatoes mixed with ZEST vegan pesto and some organic bananas!!
I have also recently been making homemade sprouted chick pea hummus! It works really well on wraps filled with salads, an example is below. I went for a organic spinach, organic apple, GRAPES and organic beetroot! IT WAS SO GOOD!!
