Eating 2 slices gives you 30% of you RI (recommended intake) of Calcium. And 2.4g of Omega 3 (ALA), the same as 120% of your RDI (Recommended Daily Allowance). This got me thinking of all the hearsay about vegan diets lacking protein and calcium. It also made me think about all the positive things that are achievable by making super nutrient dense plant-based foods. This bread company and others like it are creating some great ideas!!
