Sometimes I need a target to push myself. So I try things for 30 days, having a hard copy makes me more inclined to do it too. So far I have done some weights, 30 press ups and 30 sit ups each day, I also did 30 days of meditation. Im now going to do 30 days of drinking at least 2 litres of water.
