I recently took a trip up to Bristol. And there I attended 2 separate vigils in the baking sun, which reached 30 C. I'm not saying it as a poor me, but for the hundreds of animals that went past who didn't have access to water, who were in their own shit, and some of them had to wait in a que for around 30 minutes before they were gassed to death. It was an experience that will never leave me. I decided just to respond to how I was feeling in a short video. We also saw a pig with a huge tumour or lump coming out its back which was bigger than a tennis ball. It was nasty. While at the pig slaughterhouse at 'Tulip Fresh Meats Ltd', I got to walk around the back of the slaughterhouse, first I saw the rows of trucks, and then I started hearing these horrific cries. They were the last noises of innocent individuals being lowered into a gas chamber, next level crazy. I got to record some of the sounds, and they can be heard here (note the sound may be too much for some). vThe great thing about living in 2018 is that we don't have to eat animals to survive.
